The company's traditional and AI model inference algorithms, developed on the CUDA parallel high-speed computing framework, incorporate multi-algorithm fusion. They are compatible with 8K monochrome cameras, 8K color cameras, 16K high-definition monochrome cameras, 16K high-definition color cameras, and line-scan cameras. Combined with multi-specification intelligent lighting technology, strobe technology, and unlimited 10-Gigabit fiber optic transmission technology, they achieve 3D imaging, color imaging, and ultra-high-definition imaging of material defects, to ensure efficient and accurate detection. The system can inspect both roll-to-roll (web materials) and sheet-to-sheet (sheet materials, including irregular ones). It is suitable for advanced manufacturing fields with stringent inspection requirements, such as semiconductors, new energy, papermaking, films, metals, electronic materials, and hygiene materials, delivering optimal solutions for stringent quality requirements.
